LICENSED AND
INSURED

Tekton Joinery and Construction are fully licensed and insured for up to 10 million pounds.

We have an in-house Health and Safety specialist to advise and guide us and are fully
committed to producing the best possible finishes to your project in the safest and surest way.

At Tekton, we generate a positive relationship with all of our clients, staff, and subcontractors by
creating an enjoyable experience, this is at the core throughout the course of our projects.

Paul Elkin

Project Manager

Paul has over 26 years’ experience in the construction industry, 11 years of that has been in site management/project management overseeing projects with monetary value of 50K to over a million including High end residential, commercial fit out and retail projects for both the public and private sector.

Highlights of his work includes project managing the refurbishment of West End Theatres, high end residential refurbishment on multi million pound buildings, as well as restaurant fit outs and has had the opportunity to work with clients including Sainsburys, Delfont Mackintosh Theatres,
numerous cosmetic surgeries, also a large amount of residential clients.

Scott Stanford

Workshop Manager

Scott is a joiner/cabinet maker by trade and has over 20 years of experience within the industry, over time Scott has moved away from the bench and has been running workshops for high end joinery and construction companies.

Scott's client list ranged from high street restaurants such as Nando’s, Pizza Express and Wagamamas, traditional West End theatres across London as well as bespoke made to measure residential projects involving items such as kitchens, wardrobes & even sofas.

At Tekton, Scott has assumed a very familiar role and is in charge of the day to day running of the joinery workshop. This includes making sure all projects are completed on time, within budget and of a high standard. Running the workshop isn’t as difficult as it may sound.


Tekton have managed to recruit a wealth of experience on the workshop floor most of whom Scott personally worked with throughout his career.

Health and Safety Consultant 

As a proud veteran Royal Engineer Graham worked within the construction industry for over 40 years both in a military and civilian capacity, both in the UK and abroad. With qualifications and practical experience in the field of Health & Safety and Construction.

 

Graham undertakes all aspects of construction safety for either the contractor, clients or assisting designers to meet their duties Under the Construction Design Management Regulations 2015.

Graham takes a practical approach to the challenges of safety not relying on reams of paperwork to meet requirements, enjoys challenges and devising methods to overcome them in a cost-effective way.
